Unfriendly woman at the front desk you have to wait a long time for the appointed day. In fact most time is the mailbox online the service contains no exact informations. Then when i got my appointed date i could not find the entry of the doctor´s shop it is hidden behind a loading zone with much traffic around to find a walking cross was nearly not possible. when i arrived in the front office the doctor´s receptionist a very old unfriendly woman with a very strong accent told me to wait and sit down outside she had no time at the moment. I said i have apointment with the doctor but she was only laughing and said you´re not the only one. At that point I thought what a unfriendly worker at the front desk. After a long time off waiting i wish it was over but then the nightmare get even started by the way this is horrible until now. ignominiously for everybody the way i was went around by them. Then the doctor came in first i had to sign something he asked if i am a member of his club. I said no. Then he got already unfriendly and he toke me hard my pain in my food was more heavy then before. he is not really sensible when he is trying to find out were the pain exactly is. I screamed out loud but he didn´t care at all. He said please be quiet it was a mistake he was moving my food in the wrong direction. I told him to stop this painful trying out but he said we have to find out the problem. I got even worse. I removed my food from him and I hit him a little bit I jumped out off the chair put my food in the shoe and put my bag and my socks into my right hand. I opened up the door with my left hand. I moved as fast as possible out of his office into the room with the reception. From there i toke my membercard of the healthservice. I moved out now from the doctors shop. I can say one thing never again. This doctor and his receptionist are so gawky and hard.
